The Zhangqiu City Sports Park Gymnasium is located north of Tangwangshan Road, south of Yangbuling Road, and east of West Ring Road in Zhangqiu City. It has a total construction area of approximately 13,900 square meters and is a three-story frame structure. This project is a Class II Grade A medium-sized gymnasium with a design life of 50 years. The roof design utilizes a membrane structure with a novel shape.

This project features a double-layer membrane structure. The gymnasium is a circular building with a diameter of approximately 96 meters. The roof system's load-bearing structure uses an inverted triangular truss system. The upper part of the main roof is fitted with secondary membrane structure components, covered with membrane material, with a total height of approximately 34 meters. The outer membrane covers a projected area of approximately 5,355 square meters. An inner membrane is added below the roof to enhance the gymnasium's sound absorption and heat insulation effects, covering a projected area of approximately 4,946 square meters.
