上海盧湾体育館は黄浦区肇嘉浜路128号に位置し、3500人の観衆を収容できる近代的な体育館であり、体育館はバスケットボール、バレーボール、テニス、ハンドボール、バドミントン、卓球、フットサル、重量挙げ、武術などのスポーツ競技種目を行うことができ、大衆性運動会と大型文芸公演を行うことができ、社会団体、機関、企業学校のために各種の大型総合イベントを開催することもできる。体育館にはスポーツ試合や大型イベントのための各種付属用住宅と、照明、音響、大画面、セントラルエアコン、プログラム電話、消防安全保障、テレビ中継
