The membrane structure of Yantai Jingyi Plaza is a large-scale commercial building roof canopy. It fully utilizes the space of the commercial plaza's corridors and the technical advantages of steel membrane structures (meeting the requirements of large spans and light weight) to cover the entire commercial building's roof. It employs a combination of PVC, ETFE, and perforated structures to achieve a perfect blend of commerce and nature.

The project features an irregular curved surface. The entire structure is mainly composed of 50 semi-circular white PVC membranes, combined with transparent triangular ETFE membranes and partial perforated structures to form a harmonious and perfect architectural shape, achieving both sun and rain protection while also meeting the requirements for lighting and ventilation.
